The breakfast at Ladybird Sapa was delicious and had a good variety of options. We were also impressed with the central location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the area on foot. The room we stayed in was very nice, spacious, and had a great view. The staff at the hotel were attentive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly and with big smiles. The staff is amazing and always eager to help. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. The food was delicious with a good variety of dishes, and they also offered complementary coffee and tea throughout the day. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Our family had an amazing stay at this cozy hotel. The location was perfect, as we were right in the center of the town, near the church, and right in front of the central park. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The bathroom was also spacious and very nice. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good, and the wifi was excellent. We also appreciated the elevator and the fact that the hotel was very quiet.

The staff at Ladybird Sapa were fantastic - friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

It is worth mentioning that there were a few minor drawbacks. Some of the rooms had a slight damp smell and the soundproofing could be improved.
